Ethos’ position on the Ordinance draft regarding the Minder initiative (“against excessive remuneration”)

This initiative was massively approved by the Swiss people on March 3 2013 and gives shareholders significant rights with regard to board and executive remuneration. Ethos has published a detailed position on the Ordinance draft, in particular regarding the obligation to vote for Swiss pension funds, the formulation of which it considers unsatisfactory.
