Sybille Gianadda joined Ethos in 2011 as an environmental and social analyst. Since 2012, Sybille Gianadda has been senior analyst and responsible for the contacts with Swiss listed companies for social and environmental matters. Sybille Gianadda is in charge of environmental and social analyses of companies in which Ethos is invested. Sybille Gianadda also takes part in the dialogue with companies on environmental and social issues, both through direct contact and through involvement in international shareholder groups.
In 2006, Sybille Gianadda earned a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. Sybille Gianadda also holds a Master of Arts from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in Boston (USA). Prior to joining Ethos, Sybille Gianadda worked in several departments at UBS, in particular in the unit for socially responsible investments. In 2010 she was a technical assistant for United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in the field of climate change in Peru.
